The technician (not Clint) was nice but had no clue what he was there to do. He asked what he was there for even though I had them come out for a tune up. I told him that I wanted to make the upstairs the same temperature as the downstairs and he immediately tried to sell me a completely new air conditioning system before he put his bag down. He didn't even look at the system or the insulation in the attic before he started to recommend new insulation and a new system. He did a good job of cleaning off the outside unit and checking the refrigerant levels, but that is all he did. He did not change the filters, which was supposed to be a part of the service too. At the end he asked what the price was and I told him it was $65 which it was. He did not have change so I ended up paying $80. There were a lot of comments made that were very telling about how he does business. This service was not worth my time or money.
