I can happily say the service and guidance provided by Josephine & Raj Sharma at Legacy Homes Realty was an outstanding level of service. I don’t know if many people feel the way I feel but since COVID hit many businesses I go to or do business with don’t seem to care much about customer service anymore and everyone feels like they’re forced to work and have an attitude. But today I can say Raj & Josephine have proven me wrong and they really care about their clients and gave nothing but a 5-star service to me and my family when we purchase our home in Murrieta, CA. Raj and Josephine’s extensive knowledge of the Murrieta housing market allowed us to shop for a home confidently and gave us a better understanding of what to expect. The only attitude they gave me was a positive attitude and welcoming when I had some questions. There are so many agents and real estate companies out there, finding the right one who can look after your best interest and not be pushing sale rep was hard for me to find, until I called Legacy Homes Realty, Raj was very humble and understood my situation and didnt push me like a salesman. I want to say I had a best experience working with Raj on purchasing my first home using my V.A loan benefits. Raj knew how V.A loan works and explained to me what lenders look for in a property and guided me to select the one that will qualify for V.A loan and not waste time on the ones that wouldnt be a good fit. I spoke to few agents before and they all felt like they didnt want to work with me because I wasnt putting any money down to purchase. If youre a veteran or active Military then call Raj today to help you with your next home purchase. He works with local VA lender if you need pre approval. Thanks for helping me find my dream home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to helping home sellers we don't cut corners and take photos with our cell phone and put those blurry images online for the whole wide world to see it. We take pride in our work and no matter how small or big the house is we market all properties in a professional manner. We hire a professional photographer for our listings and depending on the floorplan we have them do HD photos, video walk-through, ariel photo/video, 3D walk-through and a floorplan which we advertise on our social platform, and YouTube to drive more buyers to the house. Selling a house for Top-Dollars for our clients is our priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to work with new customers and understand what their needs are first. We're not in any rush to push our new customers into home or sell their home. We don't want buyer to rush into buying a house and loose their dream home in a year or seller sell their home if it's not ready to sell and not get top dollars for their home. Educating our clients and understanding their needs is important when working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Estate market is changing daily and we have to keep up to date with market trends and technology. We have to do on going training and improve ourselves. We also have joined mastermind group of Realtors on-line nationwide to learn from each other.
