Re-roof patio extension 500sqft., flat rolled membrane. Estimate was very competitive, supervised workers, clean workmanship. Job demo day one, wood rot repaired, day two install. Clean work, no mess, great crew. I will use this contractor for my real estate referrals.

I had the company come out and give me an estimate on a home that I have in escrow. The estimate was fair in price and sent me pictures of problem areas without having to ask them. I was not able to get them to do the repairs on the home because the buyers realtor went behind my back and hired someone else. I will keep them in mind for future work.

I had a leak in my roof in a difficult place around the chimney. Rich came in a timely fashion, identified the problem and fixed the leak. He checked the rest of the roof, found some broken tiles that needed replacement, and fixed those as well. His work was great, done on time and reasonably priced. I will call him again without reservation.
