I clearly communicated the situation I was dealing with at the time and even provided video proof to keep you informed and avoid misunderstandings like this. Service was not refused at any moment. I was the one who told you that if there were any issues, you could contact me at any time. All I asked was for patience with the situation I was dealing with at that time. This project is a reminder that clear expectations on both sides matter. I completed the job I was hired to do, was paid in full, and the work was approved throughout the entire process. At no point was the project left unfinished or abandoned. Your husband oversaw the project, and since he was the primary person managing all construction taking place in your home, he approved each stage and signed off on the completed work.
