Spanish is not my first language. The quote for the work was offered and a price was negotiated. His resources seem to be limited to Ace hardware. I was hoping to have stainless steel installed as moulding, but he could only find wood. The work looks pretty good on my end. I think Mario is professional, responsive and punctual."See more

He also looked around my condo and pointed out other things that he could do for me, and gave me estimates on each. He offered to estimate each job at a fixed price, or a day rate. Both of which were extremely reasonably priced. I ended up hiring him to renovate the kitchen, and numerous other things that needed to get done. It was well priced, and high quality workmanship. No compromises on quality whatsoever. He asks intelligent questions about what I’d like to get done, and offers advice on alternatives which I wouldn’t have thought of. He’s a honest man, a hard worker, always punctual, and a great person to have on your side in any project. I highly recommend Maynor for almost any project you are considering undertaking in your home.
