We hired Gerry and his team for some much needed weeding in our overgrown front yard. Gerry was very quick to respond to our message and showed up the same day to provide an estimate. They quoted a fair price and got to work the next morning. We unfortunately were not around to watch them work or provide live feedback before they finished. So when I came home and saw there were quite a few remaining weeds, I immediately texted Gerry about the issues and showed pictures. He was very professional and said he’d come the next day to fix the work. While I was disappointed they couldn’t pull many of the weeds out, they still cut them back and cleaned things up and our yard is presentable again! Gerry was very easy to work with and responsive to feedback.

He charged me an arm & a leg to install new valves which unbeknownst to me never worked!! I contacted them to fix things & never heard back!! Do not hire! This was a terrible mixup! I did not know that the staff was not on Thumbtack and had not read my complaint! They were extremely responsive and scheduled a visit for the same day. They showed up promptly and the problem was discovered and fixed right away! The problem was caused by another contractor who, unbeknownst to me, had turned off the water to the sprinklers! My apology to Bayshore Landscaping!

Hello, Gerry and his friend took care of my front and back yard superbly. I had weeds and unwanted plants grown for almost a year because of no regular maintenance. I asked them to take a look and give an estimate and after agreeing on a date that works for both of us they showed up with necessary tools to take care of weeds and also convinced me to give them a chance to cut down the tree I wanted to be removed from my backyard.. glad i did give them the chance. They took care of it and hauled the debris to the road for city to pick up. Despite thinking the job would take 4 hrs it went close to 5 and half hours and they were patient in following my instructions. Although we could not finish some aspects we discussed we would.. I am ok and did not want to stress too much, He said he will give me a msg next time when he is the area to take care of it.. I would definitely hire them in future.
