Regine is the best trainer I've ever had, hands down. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She's incredibly knowledgeable, she has a wonderful personality and genuinely cares about my goals and getting me there. My first noticeable results were just after a couple of weeks. I felt mentally stronger, I could handle work stress better and had way more energy. Soon after that, with her guidance on food control I started seeing results in my body. No two workouts are the same with her. She keeps things real and designs the workouts to meet my goals. Plus, she keeps me laughing when needed to keep me motivated and working at my peak. If you're thinking about a trainer I highly recommend Regine. She's an all-in-one solution for health, nutrition and fitness.

Regine has been my personal trainer for about 5 sessions now. Each and every time, she would work my butt off, but never to the point where I was too uncomfortable. She always made sure to push me to my limits in a positive manner and encouraged me to always do better. Just after a couple sessions, I felt like I had more energy and was able to continue attending the gym . Furthermore, she gave me advice on how to maintain a healthy diet. Friends and family members have all noticed a change in my physique and it has all been good. I've lost a total of approximately 30 lbs, which is amazing! Regine has helped me begin my journey to improve my health and has taught me how to continue to get in shape. I highly recommend her as a trainer, especially if you are the type of person who hates to workout. After a few sessions, you will love to workout!

I have Regine's client since February of this year. I wasn't meeting my health goals on my own and realized it was time to get a personal trainer so I turned to Regine for help. I love cardio but needed help with strength training, nutrition and accountability. And Regine has greatly helped me develop better exercising and eating habits. I am more than half way to my weight loss goal and excited to see the finish line. As the demand for Regine's personal training services grows, the only thing I say could be better is getting the time slot that works best my schedule (everyone wants that) but she always does what she can when she can.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask you to fill out what’s called a PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire). This is a standard form that, depending on your answers, tells you whether or not you should check with your doctor before you start or continue your exercise program. I ask you what your goals are. Then I do some assessments to see what else you need to work on. Unless you have specific concerns/goals, it is my professional opinion that most people need to include these components in their program. 1) Overall strength: I like exercises that move a lot of your body at the same time. It gives you more bang for your buck and better results overall. 2) Core integrity: your midsection that provides you with strength and stability from the inside out. Having a strong and stable core is crucial! 3) Balance and coordination: this you get automatically with my workouts because we won’t be using a lot of machines. 4) Flexibility: I will figure out where you need it and incorporate it if necessary. Cardiovascular endurance: your heart and lungs! If you don’t do this on your own, we can incorporate it into the training program.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Whether you are looking to lose weight, change your body composition, increase flexibility, improve your endurance or just get healthier, I can help you. No matter where you are on your fitness and wellness journey, you can find a workout program that is fun, challenging, and doable! I also work with clients that suffer chronic pain, have joint problems caused by auto immune diseases such as RA, Psoriatic , Crohns etc. I am very familiar with knee and back rehabbing protocols.
