Extremely happy with the two transactions Grant helped me with. First, he was able to identify a solid investment property and secure the deal for me. On the resale, he locked up a non-contingent offer right after the first weekend of showings and it was considerably over asking! I couldn’t ask for better results. As a buyer or seller it can be an emotional roller coaster but I love that Grant is calm and reassuring while under pressure. He was great at negotiating with our buyer to ensure we got the best deal for ourselves without scaring them off. It’s a delicate balance but Grant knew exactly what to do.
