In this low inventory housing market, the only way to find houses is by being creative and leveraging all the information available. I have built a database of houses in the area along with pricing information and public records and can easily identify properties that fit your criteria that are likely to go on the market soon. For example, we just closed escrow with a client on a property on Belmont that an Oracle VP, who recently bought a lot in Woodside to build his dream house, used to own. The house never went on MLS and the deal was done off-market!
I enjoy helping buyers from companies in the silicon valley to find their home in the Bay Area. My clients include people working at Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Stanford.

We were first time buyers and the home buying process was new to us. Yanni made the whole process easy and smooth. He showed us several house in our price range, in areas that we liked. We saw the houses outside of the open house hours, which was a plus because it was quiet and we could take our time. He never pushed us to rush and make an offer for a house that was not right for us.
When we finally found the right place, he guided us all the way from making an offer to closing escrow. He handled all communication with the seller's agent and helped a lot with the escrow company and the mortgage lender.
Great experience overall. We will definitely hire him again if we ever sell our house or buy another one.

Yanni provided an outstanding service when we purchased our first home in California. He was always on time in the showings, provided detailed advice from the beginning to the signing, identified houses that would have come on the market soon, and saved a lot of headaches. Yanni has amazing connections with folks that can provide an expert opinion (from engineers to contractors). Yanni did a fantastic job in negotiating the price on our behalf.
