In this low inventory housing market, the only way to find houses is by being creative and leveraging all the information available. I have built a database of houses in the area along with pricing information and public records and can easily identify properties that fit your criteria that are likely to go on the market soon. For example, we just closed escrow with a client on a property on Belmont that an Oracle VP, who recently bought a lot in Woodside to build his dream house, used to own. The house never went on MLS and the deal was done off-market!
