I have been training with Flavia for 3 weeks. I have already lost 2% of body fat. I'm starting to see toning in my arms and abs. She gives me personal attention and customized a meal plan that I am able to follow. Flavia is very sincere and honest. She motivates me and pushes me to get a great workout. I had the pleasure of participating in Kenney's group exercise sessions, I was so impressed that I hired him as my personal trainer/life coach. I say life coach because he encourages me mentally while helping me achieve my weight goals. While working with Kenny I loss weight gained muscle and my endurance has improved so much. His style of training is not overwhelming and yet it gets the job done. Kenney is not about numbers and scales he is about health and teaching you how to eat properly. He is very hands on , he actually got in the kitchen and showed me how to prepare my shakes and now I use my blender for more than making Margaritas. Kenney Williams is an awesome trainer and I am crazy about him and his entire family. He is a asset to our community.

Richard is awesome. Well educated and keeps things challenging and never boring. He cares about what he does and it shows. He is priced competitively and his gym is clean and well equipped.

Mel is a great motivator and really has the know how to kick your butt!! It's a great alternative I going to the gym because she keeps you accountable rather than trying to keep yourself accountable, and she makes working out fun and competitive! She also knows a lot about nutrition and could probably help with that as well! It was just getting too expensive for me...but if you can afford it, Mel is definitely the one to go to!

I did personal training with Kyle for while. I saw significant increases in strength gains and body sculpting. He built training programs for me that helped me meet my weight loss goals and strength goals that just flat out worked. Totally recommend Kyle!

The gym is at the high school gym in Delhi, CA. The gym is set up permanently inside the main gym at the high school. There are training classes daily from around 2:00 p.m. on. The boxing workout is one of the best cardio workouts out there. The head coach is Jeff Tovar. I am an advisor and sometimes help train students. There are other boxing coaches who are there sometimes, and they all volunteer their work.
