Michelle is a dedicated professional who practices the very things she encourages you to implement. Consistency is the biggest area I struggle with and the one thing that ultimately yields results, but every time I struggle with being consistent at my workouts Michelle reaches out to me. She is never judgmental that I havent been in a while, just encouraging to keep moving forward. She is accepting of where Im at to start with but works hard to help me change my mindset so I dont stay where I am at. Michelle helps me not only with strength training but focuses on areas that help improve my overall quality of life, like balance, stretching, and outside gym activities. Having a background in science, Michelle gives excellent nutrition, supplements and diet advice. When performing an exercise Michelles extensive knowledge enables her to know what I should be doing and how that would impact my physique versus what I am doing - if my grip, form, etc is wrong. Also if I need modifications Michelle easily knows what to change. Michelle definitely challenges me to levels that are above what I will do on my own. And she celebrates all success with me! I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle!
