Introduction: Some of my specialties are pre-natal and post-natal exercise. I can work with nearly ANY age, including children and seniors. I have over 15 years of experience, so I know how to get people to their goals! I also have a specialty in triathlon - and for swimmers, cyclists, and runners I am a wealth of information. Personal training is about a healthy lifestyle. I live that lifestyle and empower others to live the life of their dreams too. I love seeing my clients succeed! By the end of the workout everyone always feels great!

I found Maggie through a Google search and was attracted to the idea of working out outside. What a breath of fresh air... my morning workouts, on the beach, with Maggie have been truly transformative. I am stronger, healthier, and through effort and Maggie's amazing encouragement and direction I'm evolving from couch potato to athlete. Maggie is the third trainer I've worked with over the years and is hands-down the best.

Maggie provided my partner Jim and I with three months of "maintenance" training while we were out visiting in San Diego over the winter. We trained two days a week for an hour each time. Maggie's routines were varied; she didn't let us get bored or tired of any one thing before mixing it up. Even the session locations varied (county park, beach, multiple neighborhood parks). I would highly recommend Maggie for anyone looking for a quality personal trainer.

Maggie is a wonderful personal instructor. Her positive encouragement and outlook, together with hard core, high variety workout make a dynamic combination for achieving results. The thing that makes her outstanding is her educational and technical knowledge on scientific and fitness studies that have achieved results and how she combines this in the routine for maximum effectiveness. Specifically her combinations of balance, agility and anaerobic exercise make her program unique. It's been a pleasure working with Maggie and I continue to engage with her.
