easy to schedule. Andrey arrived in the time window specified. We had several appliance issues and he gave a quick and honest diagnosis for each one without upsells - leaking fridge? easy! Stove not working? easy! Leaky washer? pretty complicated, probably cheaper to buy a new one. Noisy fan? that model just is like that, nothing to fix!
He fixed our fridge and stove on the spot. He made defrosting really fast - our freezer only needed to be emptied for an hour. And everything is working now. all in all, we're satisfied.

We had an issue with our Thermador refrigerator which is 22 years old the technician was very methodical in diagnosing the issue and identify the correct repair. We were very impressed and technician spent several hours disassembling our side by side with condenser,compressor and evaporator. Then reassembled and vacuumed and cleaned after,explained every step of the way what he was evaluating. Very efficient and impressed.Thank you

Very pleased and happy with this company's work. Perservered through many difficulties and repeated visits but Alexy fixed my (old) furnace and installed a new thermostat. Highly recommend. Will call again if I have any other issues.

Expertfix is professional and direct with all communication. He is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our furnace pretty efficiently. I highly recommend him. He also does other types of appliance and was able to fix something with another appliance very quickly.
