Very prompt, quality service, a little mix up in terms of communication but other wise he did a great job, moving a dishwasher, and installing it. when he noted that the valve in the new location was leaky we had a change order and he helped us replace that as well

The Home Depot installers said they couldn't move my new LG Washtower any closer to the side wall, due to the length of the dryer duct. Kaid was available in less than 24 hours and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Now I have a good 32 inches of space available in my small laundry room.
