I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized fitness program prescriptions, nutrition advice, coaching and motivation. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, my focus is on performing exercises with the proper form and technique. I specialize in weight management, functional training, strength and conditioning, prenatal and postnatal fitness and senior fitness. In addition to personal training, I also conduct small group training focused on weight loss and overall strength and conditioning.

Jyoti is the first trainer i even trained with.I was a beginner in the fitness world .Had not even lifted 3 pounds before. Was not even aware of squats and lunges.And within few weeks i was able to handle intense circuit training.Not only did it change my fitness regime but also helped me eat well.She always focuses on proper form and encourages to eat well.She will even come up healthy yummy recipes.To top that she's an amazing person.So its like working out with a friend.She inspires you to stay healthy :)

I found Jyoti via Thumbtack and instantly had a very positive vibe. Why? Because of the response I got that stood out. She took the time to write a very detailed response hitting all my questions. This in itself showed that she is a kind of person who cares for her clients. I met her for a consultation/fitness assessment and she took the time to understand further, what my goals/concerns were. I think it is very important for the trainer to know exactly what you want out of the training so that you could achieve your goals sooner. Jyoti did exactly that. :) She recommend a schedule and program that worked for me and most importantly in my budget. I also love that she provides nutritional guidance and meal planning. I, in my lifetime was never excited to workout. Ever! It always felt like a chore. But now, I look forward to the training days. She puts a lot of thought into designing a perfect workout so that you the most out of it. I am about 4 weeks into the training and my hips are smaller and pants fit looser! I love it when I see results! I would recommend Jyoti to anyone who wants to get back into a healthier lifestyle while having fun. It’ll be the best fitness decision you’ll ever make. She is an awesome coach!
