Introduction: As a personal trainer, my main purpose is to transform lives and enable my clients to become healthier. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized fitness program prescriptions, nutrition advice, coaching and motivation.
As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, my focus is on performing exercises with the proper form and technique.
I specialize in weight management, functional training, strength and conditioning, prenatal and postnatal fitness and senior fitness.
In addition to personal training, I also conduct small group training focused on weight loss and overall strength and conditioning.
