FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends various factors including location, type of shoot, complexity, time, need for special FAA permissions to fly FAA airspace, equipment used and number of personnel needed to successfully complete the project. We are aware of budget constraints and are flexible in pricing. Discount are available for large and repeat business. Please feel free to contact us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to understand exactly what the customer's vision and expectations are. Close collaboration and communication is desirable to help achieve the best product for the customer. We then plan the shoots, locations, lighting and anticipated weather in the pre-production process. After that we proceed to production and editing. The whole process is typically fluid and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education is well suited to aerial imagery. I am a commercial, multi-engine, instrument rated pilot. I am also a long time professional photographer. It was an easy decision to transition into this field of work because of my love for both aviation and photography. I used the same diligence and high standards to become a proficient drone pilot as I did in obtaining my advanced manned aircraft training. I have also worked on multiple, months long projects as a drone pilot and photographer for the largest utility company in California from which I received extensive education and training in drone flight safety.
