Alicia did an excellent job, everything sparkle when she finished, my floors shine and my carpets never looked so good , she approach very area of my home with her expert cleaning and know how , will hire her again for sure

cleaned my place for the first time ,very punctual,i don’t believe $90 is fair for the work thats done!She did a good job there were some things that were not done that normally should be done it’s just normal to clean off countertops and move the appliances that are small and to clean the appliances but that wasn’t done and I know for a fact to the floors were not clean because it had the same spot when I left and one of the bathrooms and one of end of the kitchen but other than that I’m still a fair job she did knock off 25% 5%

I will say this house was VERY dirty they did a decent job but some areas and corners were missed I would say if I knew they would of finished it completely clean in all areas, I would of rated higher The value for what they did was excellent! So this is not meant to be a bad review as I would consider calling them again and just checking work when finished. I was not able to do that is on me. I’m sure they would of cleaned areas I would point out

I truly apologize for any areas/corners missed. I would have been happy to come back had you asked. The infestation of spiders was definitely a detourant. I am not afraid of them but did hatch a widows nest while cleaning and had baby black widows all over me at one point. I appreciate your honest review.
