Introduction: Founded in 2012, Giometti Realty was created with the idea of giving back to my clients. My name is Danny and I am the sole owner and broker of Giometti Realty. Because I don't work for a large agency, I have the ability to give back directly to my client and specialize in residential real estate sales throughout Orange County and greater Southern California. Danny helped me sell my condo and purchase a new single family home both in Dana Point in 2017. The whole process was a great experience and Danny fought hard to get me the best deal on both sides all while protecting my property and finances and navigating me through both transactions. Not only was he knowledgeable in real estate, but he has years of experience dealing with city government. He was able to help me locate permit records on my home and negotiate the price based on needed repairs. In the end with Danny’s help, I was able to knock thousands off of the contract price for my home purchase. He is willing to negotiate hard to get the job done. Even after escrow was closed and done, he kept working for me and provided a thoughtful closing gift as well. When selling an investment SFR from 1,500 miles away, there are lots of details that need attention. Danny did an excellent job of managing the move out, renovations, pre-sale prep, and staging, to bring the property to market after 24 years of rental. He also completed several comp analyses over the six-month timeframe prior to listing, which provided critical background, market temperature, and value trending info for our pricing discussion on listing day. Since closing the sale, I've watched similar properties in the same housing tract that were priced only very-slightly more aggressively stand on the market for months. If Danny hadn't provided such useful information, I could have easily landed in that group instead of quickly fetching a full price, and well qualified, offer. I came away pleased in both my interactions with Danny and the resulting sale terms. Free to help find you a home and very reasonable to help sell your home. I am very open on discussion when it comes to pricing so that there are no surprises and all sides are extremely happy with cost and results!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone call with client followed by a meet up (I come to you). I then provide a brief presentation about myself and the services I provide. I ask what I can do to help you, and we get it done! No pressure, no hassling, just results!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
California Licensed Broker and Realtor. Masters in Urban and Regional Planning.
