We are very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Hygienic Pools.In addition to reliable weekly service visits to ensure our pool is in top shape throughout the year, Shane and his team also support equipment maintenance and repair service, when needed.Shane is very responsive to customer email and text inquiries and has demonstrated the commitment to listening and addressing any questions or concerns I may have.I also appreciate the weekly update (with picture) after each service visit listing the current pool water quality status (salt, chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, etc...) in addition to a customer portal that provides historical tracking information.This commitment to customer satisfaction and the water quality and chemical management tools means our pool is in good hands with Hygienic Pools.
