- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are discounts on my website *********************, mention them over the phone or in person and they will be applied to the services I provide. If you are outside of Stanislaus County there will be a trip fee on top of any service I provide. The fee depends on how far away you are from my location and starts at $20. If you are calling for a service after 5pm there will be a higher rate and night fee for service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call I will ask questions about the plumbing issue you are dealing with. I will collect your information (************, address, *****) and create an appointment with you to come asses the problem. Depending on the issue I will provide a few options to deal with the situation (long term vs short term). Usually I will begin fixing the issue as soon as I get permission from you to proceed. Payment will be made at the end of the work. For larger projects, a down payment may be necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction for 7 years and 5 of those years are in rescue plumbing.
