I left a message that night and at a call back with in the hour from Lazaro. I got an appointment the next day and even came earlier than my appointment scheduled. Recently, my insurance paid for my blower and motor to be replaced in my heating unit. Now that I employed Coit to clean syst m and ducts .. the heating system would mysteriously not work. So, the insurance Co. called out Stanislaus Air Tech. They discovered a faulty thermostat and what else contributed to the problem. They went above and beyond in service and professionalism. I greatly appreciated how Lazaro educated me In other ways for longevity in the care of my system for years to come. He also did not press me to take my business away from the company who does my regular maintenance but instead encouraged me to follow up with them. What a way to build trust and show me their worthiness for repeat business. Thank you in their immediate response to my need.
