What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I would like to know as much information of the project. I would ask for pictures, blue prints or ask why the contractor left (red flag) and what barriers their might be. I will make a material list and see if it meets your budget, tell you how much the bid or charge will be. There will be a contract of the work that will be performed. Go to your home agree to the terms and conditions. Get to work if the job consist of more than 1 day, I will ask for deposit after the first day. Finish the work, sign of the project was completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed my mechanical and stationary aptitude test with 99%, I have been trained in electrical from Devine Electric and Sky solar. I have worked for General contractors that have taught me structural modifications and reading blue prints on load bearing walls. I have worked with inspectors from Oakland livermore Pleasanton and San Francisco’s trying to help owners complete their work.
