- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is 20.00 an hour .If you have pets then it's 5$ more ,being with pets its a lot more cleaning of animal hair takes more time also.Some people would rather a flat rate so I usually would disquise that with them on my first visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if a customer is interested in my services than I would like to go meet them and see exactly what they would need cleaned ,and talk about the hrs that is best for us both.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The recent project that I'm fond of is a family in Oakdale ,very nice she's very understanding and they treat me great,even their beautiful dog .We always make sure to talk the day before so I know what she wants done,and I love to see her smiling afterwards is the best feeling,I've been working for her a couple months,and I still am.
