- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very detailed with a professional approach. I aim to please my costumers so that they can be fully satisfied with there project. I take all this into consideration when I do my estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I want them to feel safe and comfortable. I also want them to be worry free and confident in me as their painting contractor. I heard of selling yourself but I feel like you should portray who you really are so that they can determine whether or not they should deal with the true you or find another contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished aprentiship school for the union local 487. I have many training certificates from respirator training to lead certification. I also have aerial lift training. I also have schooling from the state of California called the Law and business of construction and specialty trades. This allowed me to get my contractor license in the specialty trade of painting.
