- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their needs and expectations, and putting together a plan so that I can exceed their expectations. My goal is to provide the best service possible, so that our clients will call us again and refers us to their friends/family.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has been working in Junk Removal for a few years, and he had grown his client base by word of mouth. I would help him when I could, however recently I’ve partnered with him to meet the demand and to increase his client base on social media to showcase how his experience and work ethic will always go above and beyond our client’s expectations.
