- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BPO - Broker Price Opinion - Base Price is $89 other fees may occur depending on location and travel. CMA - Client Market Analysis - Free INTAKE - My services are Free to Buyers. Sellers may vary depending on need but I keep my prices to fit the property and the seller. There is no one price fits all however there is also no cost until the property sells.

Residential and Commercial: I represent both Sellers and Buyers. I am a First Time Buyer Specialist along with many years of experience. I work with you in a respectful, caring professional manner giving you all the knowledge you need to make the best possible decisions. I have professional background in Banking, Finance, Lending and Education. My passion is to help anyone wanting or desiring to purchase a home and those people who want to sell to move whether it is down or up sizing. I work well with many. I also have a referral base that if you are moving out of state, I can find you the Realtor you will need and stay part of the transaction to help make sure you are being taken care of with the utmost ability.
