Vlad arrived on time. After checking with me to confirm the details of the job and the materials he purchased, he went to work. As my age and health will not allow me to work on the roof, I asked for before and after pictures of the caulking work for the house sale inspection response. Aside from doing excellent work, Vlad took perfect pictures. I will hire Vlad for any job he is qualified and willing to do in the future.

I am going to ask this skilled handy man for any project I want done. He is completely a hard worker, it's obvious from his speed and quality of work. I felt totally comfortable having him in my apartment, and he did a perfect job. He did extra touches just to make the wires be out of the way and tied together in an aesthetic way. He mounted a heavy tv to be high up on my wall, 10/10 😄
