Ashley is great! When we met her for first time she had researched our home very thoroughly. She had a solid presentation and we were impressed with her sales approach. She had in-depth knowledge of current market trends in our area and priced our home effectively. But most importantly, we felt very comfortable with her personality. She is very bright and has a sunny disposition. She is very likable. She was not pushy, but consistent and efficient with her communication with us. Ashley put together a great package to display our home online, all with a caring touch. She helped us stage and produced wonderful photos of our home. She made it very easy and a fun, pleasant experience. She strategized our listing date for optimum exposure and then once listed she coordinated all the showings meticulously. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First starts with an inital phone call. Why are you buying or selling? What is your current situation? How soon do you want to get things going? Then we sit down for a meeting. At the meeting we typically discuss everything from a marketing strategy that is custom built to your home to a timeline that gets your home on the market.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters Degree at the University of La Verne with a Concentration in Marketing. This will help me further the reach of buyers and increased value in homes that I sell. It also is teaching me on how to manage my ever growing real estate team to best suite the needs of my clients.
