What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will know what is included with the overall price of the job (material, helpers,timeframe to complete the job) and discussed prior to the job being started so we come to an agreement and understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer is to first of all give an introduction of my background and the work I’ve done to assure the customer I am the man for the job. Second, id ask what services the customer is looking for and their vision and expectations of the outcome. From there, we’d discuss a plan , timeframe to have the job complete, and pricing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a variety of customers that had a specific vision. Each of my customers have been provided with quality and efficient work.
