I offer a comprehensive suite of services tailored to your specific requirements. **Housekeeping Services** Comprehensive cleaning services will encompass all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, garage, and home office. **Cleaning Options** Standard cleaning includes dusting, scrubbing sinks and countertops, cleaning exterior appliances and furniture, vacuuming, and mopping bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Our cleaning services are priced as follows: $180 for initial or one-time cleanings (4-6 hours); $150 for recurring monthly cleanings (4-6 hours); and $120 for recurring bi-weekly cleanings (2-4 hours). Comprehensive cleaning services will include dusting, scrubbing sinks and countertops, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning blinds and baseboards, removing cobwebs, cleaning interior windows and walls, and thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of cabinets and appliances. Additionally, cleaning under furniture and upholstery, completing one to two loads of laundry, and changing bed linens in all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas will be performed. Our cleaning services offer a flat rate of $210 for initial or one-time cleanings, encompassing (5-8 hours of service) Subsequent monthly cleanings are priced at a flat rate of $180 for (4-6 hours of service) while bi-/weekly cleanings are $150 for 2-6 hours.
