- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You could say that every project has it's complex pricing system, as no two events are alike, but many of the times, the planning is done so it's transparent to the client. The client already has a lot of things to worry about, that I tend to gather the clients "wish list" and attempt to fill them and make recommendations as it is necessary,
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like the facial expressions of the the clients have when the finally see the preliminary product. But its as equally rewarding when they see the final product.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
While I have no particular types of jobs, what I have been experiencing more are large events. Parades, fundraising events, family and class reunion events that has a lot of people interaction.
