Good communication and a clear cut conversation on the work that needs to be accomplished

Lots of hands on experience with trying new things, many certificates from manufacturers and postgrad in innovation and design thinking from MIT.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family landscape and construction company with access to a shop with a lot of tools, equipment and supportive father who showed me and let me try anything.
