- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour rather than offering flat-rate pricing, allowing you to pay only for the time needed to clean your home or business. Weekly and bi-weekly recurring customers receive discounted rates after their initial cleaning. We also offer carpet and upholstery cleaning with a minimum service charge, as well as laundry pickup and delivery with a minimum order. No hidden fees—any additional services are discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you request a quote or book online, we'll review your request and confirm your appointment. New customers are required to complete our Service Agreement and pay a deposit to secure their reservation. Once everything is confirmed, we'll send your appointment details. On the day of service, our professional team will arrive within the scheduled arrival window and complete the cleaning based on your requested services. After the job is complete, we'll review the service with you if needed and process the remaining balance. We also offer convenient online booking 24/7 for new and returning
