- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, efficient, and designed to make your move as stress-free as possible. First, we gather details about your move, including location, size, and any special items, so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your move and stay in communication leading up to the day. On moving day, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We carefully load, transport, and unload your items while keeping everything organized and protected. If needed, we also assist with packing, unpacking, furniture pickup, or debris removal. After the job is complete, we make sure everything is placed where you want it and that you’re fully satisfied before we wrap up. Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained hands-on experience working for my father’s moving company, where I learned proper lifting, packing, and moving techniques. That experience taught me how to handle items safely, work efficiently, and provide reliable, professional service on every job.
