Christine S. says, "I was very explicit on the phone with what I needed done. I explained that I had replaced my dryer and wanted the ductwork in the wall cleaned before I used it. I was quoted a price of$89 for “basic cleaning.” The technician was very timely and respectful. He explained that the cleaning that I wanted was deep cleaning which was $650. Basic cleaning is cleaning out the dryer and the ductwork from the dryer to the wall, which is clearly NOT what I should’ve been quoted as I had explained that I had just had purchased a new dryer. Ultimately I had the ductwork cleaned because it needed it and I couldn’t wait, but it was a classic bait and switch."See more

They came on time and reviewed the job for our home, and had mentioned off-handedly that they could install a mini split system for our home instead of central air. Russel quickly sent me the estimate for the generator installation that evening. I contacted Russel again about the installation of the mini-split system, he quickly responded and started digging into the details. We went back and forth on different options and systems for about a week, and by that Friday I'd signed the quote and put down a deposit. The following Tuesday, they had all materials and came to start the work. Russel and his team finished the job on-time and on-budget, handled all rhe permitting process, spent extra time to do touch-ups for the inspection and didn't ask for final payment until we were 100% satisfied with the job. Also, would recommend the Daikin system. VFix installed 3 units to 3 bedrooms. It was a great experience, and I would suggest hiring Russel and his crew at Vfix to do more jobs in the future."See more
