I was quoted a price of$89 for “basic cleaning.” The technician was very timely and respectful. He explained that the cleaning that I wanted was deep cleaning which was $650. Basic cleaning is cleaning out the dryer and the ductwork from the dryer to the wall, which is clearly NOT what I should’ve been quoted as I had explained that I had just had purchased a new dryer. Ultimately I had the ductwork cleaned because it needed it and I couldn’t wait, but it was a classic bait and switch."See more
