We sat and discussed my goals. He listened and come up some suggestions as well. Each training session made me work hard. Each training session focused on different muscle groups. At the time I was 64 years old and I think i surprised Angelo with my agility and stamina. I was 100% pleased with my training sessions. I felt as if I was his only client. My body got stronger. What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. Fitness boot camps encourage camaraderie, and the group momentum helps participants get through fast-paced intervals of cardio, isometric training, strength training and endurance drills.
