FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on what works best for you and how we structure your training. I offer different rates for training at my private gym, house calls where I come directly to you, and tandem/couples training. Pricing can also vary depending on how many days per week we train. I always like to understand your goals, location, schedule, and what you’re looking for first so I can give you the option that makes the most sense for you. I’m very transparent about pricing—there are no surprises or pressure. Once we figure out the best setup, I’ll give you a clear breakdown of exactly what your training will include and what it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a phone consultation so I can really dissect exactly what you need specific to YOU as an individual—not the average person. We’ll talk about your goals, training history, lifestyle, nutrition, injuries or limitations, and what you ultimately want to accomplish. From there, I offer a free session every time because there’s no pressure—I want to make sure you feel like we’re a good fit. During that session, we’ll go over everything we discussed on the phone while I assess your strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, and any limitations you may or may not even be aware of. My job is to give you a blend of exactly what you want with what I know you need. You’ll get an in-person visual breakdown of what’s to come, why we’re doing it, and how we’re going to progress. Everything I do is individualized. It keeps me challenged as a trainer and gives YOU the best possible approach for your specific needs—never a cookie-cutter program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with 16 years of practical, hands-on experience working with people of all ages, fitness levels, goals, and physical limitations. My approach combines strength training, mobility, flexibility, nutrition, and physical therapy-based techniques to help people move, feel, and perform better. A huge part of my education has also come from the people I’ve worked with. When someone comes to me with an issue or limitation I haven’t dealt with before, I make it my job to learn exactly what they need and how I can best help them. My clients count on me to produce, and I truly believe I was put on this earth to help people through fitness. That mindset and 16 years of experience have made me an extremely well-rounded trainer who’s comfortable working with people from all walks of life. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach with me—I meet you where you’re at and build from there.
