I had a very good experience having Chingis fix a broken P-trap in the sink that had rotted away. He removed all of the items under the sink, including a pullout mechanism, and then he replaced everything when he was done. He also cleaned up afterward and it looked like he wasn’t even there - except I had a brand new p-trap and garbage disposal hose!
