- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum session is 3 hours. We do not charge for travel or mileage and we take away 1 car-load of donations after each session free of charge. In addition to hands on support we also change for project management, in-home consultations, planning, sourcing and purchasing organization supplies. We pass along any product trade discounts directly to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Each engagement begins with a free 15 minute discovery call where we learn about your needs, goals and vision. Some projects may require a 1 hour in-home consultation for an accurate estimate. 2. We create a project proposal with pricing, a timeline and optional add-ons. We require a 50% deposit to book dates. 3. We get to work and create the transformation you have been dreaming of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Senior and Specialty Move Managers and have undergone training in ethics, safety, liability and risk management. I have 25 years experience in visual design and technical project management. I bring a strong understanding of design principles and the knowledge of scoping and implementing projects on a timeline.
