In meeting Joe (Paragon Design and Drafting Inc) it is obvious that he is a reliable professional who wants to work with you to complete your project that will be technically correct for the planning and building authorities and at a cost that suits your budget. From some preliminary drawings Joe and his team put together a package of CAD drawings that conformed to Oceanside Planning and Building codes and regulations sufficient to allow me to submit my project for planning approval. Additionally creativity was given for facilities details that made the initial plans more feasible. I give my highest recommendation to Paragon Design and Drafting inc !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first consultation is FREE! Most of the time we out beat our competitors’ price. We work from home therefore incurring low overhead expenses and we can pass on the savings to the clients. We give discounts or even gratis for religious projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always go to the client’s residence or their preferred location for their convenience. Our project manager will go through the process in obtaining the design and eventually a permit. We split the fees into 3 payments that correspond to the work completion phases.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principal has an Architectural Degree and accreditation from AIA.
