I have extensive experience as a social media specialist. I began my role in social media with Mars/Nutro in 2004. Prior to that, I was a business owner and brand ambassador/trainer, where I impacted increased sales revenues. I possess a strong interpersonal, leadership and management consulting background. I also enjoy my consultative role for several non-profit organizations.
I have dealt with customer service, writing/editing content calendars, implementing contests, polls, sweepstakes, 3rd party vendor management, organic and paid social advertising management and analytics. My background includes working with exclusive bloggers/influencers, daily, weekly, monthly reporting utilizing Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other key social reporting tools. I have organized power point presentations for Internet meetings with management. I have successfully planned and implemented social strategy in support of new business opportunities.
Additionally, I have successfully managed social media communities and campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. for Nutro/Mars, among others and worked with Edelman PR and other firms.
I would like to share my passion for social media with your organization.
