I worked side-by-side with Dan for over 5 years at a well-known architecture firm in Orange County, California. I cannot say enough about Dan in such a short space. I found him to be an exceptional database application developer. He can manage a project as well as he can perform the workload himself. He is very strong in Microsoft technologies and keeps up on them as they emerge. He has been doing this type of work since the early 90's and maybe even earlier. He is extremely personable and an outstanding communicator. He has a keen understanding of core business objectives. He is also one of the most well-rounded individuals I have ever met in business. In a pinch, he has temporarily taken the role of head of IT to help his clients make necessary changes to their employee structure and better serve their long-term objectives. He is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone interested in contracting with him in the hi technology arena.

I met Shaun Ellsworth via the International Coach Federation (ICF) website. I was looking for a personal coach to help me accomplish important tasks that I was struggling with. I chose Shaun over all the ICF coaches I was matched with because his personal info/bio resonated with me. I was responsible to others for the completion of several projects. The largest project was the renovation, rent-up and sale of an apartment building so as to maximize return to the owners. Although I have experience in this area, I was not getting the job done; I needed to delegate, hire others and trust them to do their job. Shaun helped me look at my outdated beliefs that I was holding on to that were holding me back. Additionally, the process of setting periodic objectives and goals and then being accountable to Shaun was a powerful tool that helped me get results. Bottom line: I hired a contractor and property manager, renovations have been made and all fixed-up units rented at top market rent.
