Made contact on Wednesday the available appointment that generated was for Thursday. He messaged me and said he could not do Thursday, but could do Friday before 12. I said ok Friday arrive 8:00-8:30, he said 9am, I agreed with time and price. I move my small furniture and things Thursday night to be prepared for the Friday carpet cleaning. Friday at 5am I get a text he apologizes his cleaning machine overheated Thursday so he can’t make it today. Two days wasted that I could have had a more professional person scheduled. I am so disappointed that someone like this is on this service app. I’m livid and so disappointed!!
