This is my second time using this service and each time they have done an amazing job! I have used other carpet cleaning services before and they have never been able to get the stains up as well. I have a dog who was going through potty training and there were a lot of pet stains and high traffic stains, with light carpets its hard to maintain. So I get my carpets shampooed 2x a year. They treated the spots and gave me advice on how to keep up on it and explained the differences between the carpet cleaning methods. I will definitely continue with their services. Very happy with the results :)
