I was selling my house and I needed many repairs per FHA loan regulations. Sean fixed many different issues; door repairs, painting, windows and the trellises. He did highest quality work at a great price!

Sean knows what he is doing and does it really well. I would use him for my work in the future.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up without a father, so when something around the house broke, I was the one expected to fix it.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

For 2 weeks I prepared a house to get ready to sell. From the Interior Paint of every square foot of this 4 bedroom 3 bath home, patching the walls, replacing faucets and sinks to even restoring an old weathered bench out front. I've never taken on a project that took that long to complete and at the end of it, I am very proud of what I accomplished.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Simply make sure they have done that particular job before or at least have a very good understanding of what needs to be done.
