- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are in the business of helping people by doing what we love. So the customer should know that yes we do make a profit and still give our customers a low price. When you pay for our services, not only do we want you to be happy with quality of work, but also our customer service, we want you to feel like you got a good deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what they need done. Make a plan on how we would give our services. At the same time make sure we have informed the customer step by step what we are doing, the cost, and the time it will take. Also get any feedback from them on any request( such as time we can work). The rest is do the job the right away and on time for the price we quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like I said before my time in the Navy, we working with your hands, and a lot of painting. I am a certified journeyman laborer in the state of California. Also with over 20yr in construction commercial and residential. day laborer to a acting superintendent for a couple commercial jobs, and a lot of trades in between plumber, pipe fitter, operator, Carpenter, assembly work. commercial cleaning, flooring, cabinet installer, to handyman.
