- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the amount of time needed. I am upfront with costs and don’t include hidden fees. For recurring customers, I often provide discounted rates to make regular cleanings more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask about the customer’s specific cleaning needs and priorities. Then, I provide an estimate of the time required and suggest a schedule. On the first cleaning, I focus on the areas most important to the customer, and from there, I build a consistent routine based on their preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working with a variety of homes and cleaning needs. Along with that, I’ve gained organizational skills through my office assistant background, which helps me manage time and tasks effectively.
