- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in 100% fair, transparent, and competitive pricing with zero hidden fees. Because every junk removal and landscape cleanup job varies in volume, weight, and scope, I provide free, no-obligation estimates before starting any work. For junk removal, pricing is typically based on volume (how much truck space your items fill), and for landscape cleanups, it's based on the scope of the project. What I quote is what you pay—no surprise charges at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward, transparent, and easy from start to finish. When you first reach out with a brief description or a few photos of your project, I provide a fast and free estimate. For larger or more complex jobs, I’m happy to visit your property for an in-person walkthrough. Once we confirm the details and set a time that works for you, I show up promptly, handle all the work safely and efficiently, and clean up the area. Before finishing, we do a final walkthrough together to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results before payment is requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 7 years, my education in this business has come from extensive hands-on experience in the field. I’m fully trained in safe heavy-lifting practices, efficient waste sorting and disposal, and proper tool and equipment operation for property maintenance. Working on hundreds of unique jobs has taught me how to complete cleanups safely, quickly, and cleanly without causing damage to client property.
