Erick does not do much except bitch about how much money he is not making and his brother Diego was good and does most of the labor work. They also had one extra guy on the second day.
(They gave us a real high quote for the garage door which LouisDoors did for 50% less, and landscaping and brickworks were acceptable but workmanship is average. Very messy after work done. I had to hire separate cleaners after)
Overall, the work is average but they don't read work agreements signed and always tries to renegotiate during the 4 day work schedule, until I told them contracts are binding in a court of law.
Thanks to my neighbor across the street, I am of course hiring their landscaper to finish the job for sod on the lawn as well as other continued property upgrades and maintenance.
My advice to the brothers: never over promise and under deliver, because you will lose out on a lot of future business.
Added (8/11/2018) I got a Thumbtack reply notice from “Erick”, so I must add that this guy is essentially a subcontractor exploiting other illegal non speaking migrants that he told me were his brother(s). Furthermore he got paid in cash not insurance, so he did not pay taxes. I have receipts and work agr. I was very fair and honest in my review over 2 years ago, and he bs 2 years later about me wanting “free” stuff done. Lol.
I have hired by referral only since and will only deal with bonded companies on full legal compliance.
