Anna is excellent at following up and chasing down issues. She was also flexible in terms of adjusting scope of the project as we encountered very tough requirements in the first round. The hardest part in doing a private job is the higher scrutiny the county has on it. So, it was definitely helpful in having someone who understands the "politics" of the process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees are fairly estimated based on hours anticipated to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet on site to evaluate the project potential, permitting options and the client's vision. I take all necessary dimensions to create/verify the building floor plans that will be used for the project. Every stage of the design is run by the client for his/hers approval before going any further. A complete set of drawings is then submitted to the city for a building permit. If a client wishes to be helped with contractor selection or construction administration, I am happy to do that too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Architecture and have over 20 years of experience.
