My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Lance this past month. Lance brought our 1980’s built home with no overhead lighting into the 21st century. He installed over 35 recessed lights, junction boxes in all rooms, changed all our switches and plug points throughout the house and installed light fixtures too all the while keeping his work area clean before he left each day. His work is great, he knows what he’s doing and if something isn’t right or needs changing he is very easy to talk to and work with. Reasonable and very responsive. Lance has helped us with electrical work on our rental as well. He’s our go to guy and we’d recommend him over and over again.

Lance’s quality of work is excellent. He is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He installed canned lights and a ceiling fan on the cathedral ceiling of my office, and he suggested the placement of the lights for better quality of light and also to enhance the placement of the ceiling fan.
